cant find bass tabs? push your rage aside and read the four lower strings of guitar tabs you find (surprisingly helpful)

PLAY ALONG TO SONGS YOU DONT KNOW BUT WANT TO LEARN! focus on Your Instrument in the song and just Fuck Around until you Find Out (trust me it actually works, just takes patience) (fuck around with different tunings too)

GO. SLOW. and make your mistakes loud and proud!

take a song you can play well, turn on a different song and try making a "mashup" (i think its fun and its good practice for training your ears to keep to your own part!)

use songs you know to tune your instrument! for example i use she by green day to help myself tune to E flat and lotus eater by foster the people for tuning back to standard, both songs go across all 4 strings so i just study the sound of each note as i tune/play, then use other songs in the same tunings (and my tuners when i feel sharp/flat) to make sure everythings good :)
